Anet A8 large leveling knobs - 2018 version for larger wingnuts

This is a remix with more space for the new wingnuts of the Anet A8 Model 2018, also I reduced the size of the inner wheel because it collided with my frame. Don't forget the support because I added a little extrusion to distance the wheel from the heatbed so it turns easier and is easier to grab.
