This is an Angled Foregrip based on the Worker Angled Foregrip, I designed this for a reddit user and also because I like this foregrip.
You need: 2x M4 screws and 2x nuts
Update:
Because not all picatinny rails are the same and some rails do not allow "slide on" I added a 2 Part Grip, this shouldn"t remove any stability and it's easier to install and to remove
