Here are some simple stacks for the hexes in Apiary. I stack the side with the whole hex/circle on the bottom, so it doesn't tip over. These should fit in the standard insert no problem.

You need:
ApiaryLongHexes.stl (x1)
ApiaryShortHexes.stl (x3)

Print them with a brim, oriented as shown in the preview, and you shouldn't have any problem. No supports needed.
