I saw a very clever design that enabled you to hold your lower and upper in a way that it effectively cut the length of your AR in half for use in a backpack or to say fit in the small storage area of an airplane as a survival rifle.
Keep in mind this is a plastic version and if you want the real deal I highly recommend checking out beartooth mercantile.
You should also check out https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2816693 I utilized his beautifully sculpted upper cover for this device and ZBROYAR's got mad design skills.
Print in Nylon, ABS, or PETG if you want it to last awhile. I used 5 perimeters and 8 top/bottom layers with infill as a proof of concept.
