Arboretum Insert

Insert for Arboretum as published by Renecade with enough space for penny sleeves.

Looked at [rawFrenzy's insert](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3774137), but it is for an earlier smaller box (8.7mm x 13mm smaller than mine), and using better fitting card sleeves then what I'm using.

I'm using [penny sleeves from UltraPro](https://www.ultrapro.com/product_info.php?products_id=1623).
