Arcade Controller - EG Starts Compatible

This is a complete re-work of elkayem's arcade controller box designed in Fusion 360. Digitally measured from the STL mesh and reproduced from the ground up to fit EG STARTS arcade buttons. This includes many improvements and changes.

CHANGES:
15 mm more height for taller buttons.
Screw holes for joystick are slightly spaced out for compatibility with EG STARTS joystick.
The screw holes on the side are in different places, and is not compatible with the original lid.
Back 2 holes where the coin and start button are enlarged for 28mm buttons to fit.
The encoder standoffs are now evenly spaced apart.
