Atari 2600 DipSwitch Multicart Shell

Remix of norm8332's awesome 2600 Cartridge shell made for the Dipswitch Multicart that can be found here:

There are t(2) Bottom shell files, one with a recess for a label(L) and one without the recess(NL)
Print a Top, Bottom, and the Holder.
Only need supports for the Bottom with the label recess
