I drilled out a 6mm printing nozzle to 1. 5 mm and it blows a nice clean tight jet of air. All in PLA with an red translucent colour. I coloured the with anti uv paint to help cut down on the laser radiation. The height of the front plate remains the same as the original for fixed focus lasers. So you can use the same focus method as the original.
