Authentic Baseball Helmet - Blank Version

This is the foundation of the upcoming baseball helmet lineup. I did a 3D scan of an actual helmet and then fully reverse engineered into clean CAD geometry. The scan provided the reference, but the final model is built from scratch so it prints cleanly and can properly accept logos. A considerable amount of time went into getting this as authentic as possible while ensuring optimum printability so I hope you can appreciate the efforts and the results. The settings and orientation shown are intentional:Tilted straight forward (not left/right) to ensure symmetryOverall reduced support usage (but extra support added to the ear guard since it doesnt attach to the main helmet until later in the print)Improved surface quality on visible areasCrown convergence placed in a low-visibility zoneMost detail features printed on vertical wallsArachne wall (improves visual quality)7% Gyroid InfillThe default scale matches my football helmets but you can rescale as you like and 100% scale = full size
