These board inserts are sized to fit the Backgammon Board Frame – Lux Kit and give you a clean, flat surface for the points, artwork, and colorway of your choice. They also help hide the pockets and structure underneath and make the whole board feel more cohesive when it’s open on the table. I’ve tuned the thickness and geometry through multiple iterations so they:sit snugly in the frame stay flat once cooledfeel solid but not overly heavy The visible side is intended to be the first layer printed against the build plate, so you can get that glassy/satin look from a smooth PEI, or a textured look if you prefer textured/CF plates. Logos, words, or simple art printed face-down work really well here.
