Barrage Base Support

zePedro's new wheel overlay design is great. For the support that goes on the bottom of the cardboard wheels, I wanted to tweak two things:

1. Increase the inside radius so that both pieces could be printed at once with the wheel positioned inside the support ring. The pair that shows the ring and the wheel shows how they can be positioned on the print bed to print both at once but only take up the space of the larger ring.
2. Add a stiffer version of the support ring, since some of my wheels were fairly well warped and I didn't want them pulling the ring out of square.

Both rings are identical in size, but the "_HD" version has an extra ridge on the bottom for additional stiffness.
