Basement Window Latch

I had a basement window whose latch was mounted too far away between the top and bottom portions, so the window could be blown/pushed open. Therefore, I designed the original latch in Fusion 360 and then made an extended version that allows sliding the latch down vertically to better align with the window-side latch.
