basic armor chestplate

havent printed yet lmk if u do and it works

noticed a severe lack of basic chestplate models while planning a cosplay a while back, so i took the [unused male octoling armor model](https://www.models-resource.com/nintendo_switch/splatoon2/model/37710/) from splatoon 2, cut the back half, belt and shoulder straps off, and added slots for my own 4cm straps to go through

scaled for my malnourished no tittties self so u might need to upscale a bit
