Basic wall mount, hollow interior

This is a remix of another wall mounted spool holder. The only change from the original design was to hollow out the center. Given the overall structure and design, the shaft is more than stronger than the base plate. Given this, the extra material is better spent on the wall strength. I do not know how to link to the original designer, but if someone could comment a link, it is only right... I did not design this thing.... Thanks
