Wall hanging Batman clock.

The clock was made from black Plexiglas (aka Acrylic or Perspex). A white vinyl was then cut to provide the picture and clock face on the front.

Since my clock mechanism didn't have a hanger included, I cut a number of Plexiglas rings (template provided) and glued them together to make a casing and hanger on the back. To get the vinyl laid accurately I cut vinyl external guideline pieces along with the other vinyl cutting and used these to line-up the vinyl when laying it (see template). The clock hands were cut from 1.4mm MDF with the hole sizes measured to fit tightly onto my clock mechanism (you might need to alter the size of these holes to fit your specific clock mechanism). Since I didn't have a second hand, I cut a small cap to cover the centre of the mechaism. The hands were painted a copper colour.
