BBSHD Mudguard

Hi there, I'm sharing a design I made originally in Solidworks, that I have also included if you wish to edit anything (dimensions, etc.)

This is a mudguard for the Bafang BBSHD motor. It fits pretty snugly, though you may need to use something to file down the edges to get the right fit for you. I did press mine on a little though because I wanted it tight.

It's designed to use M3 (3mm hole) screws with the m3 nuts. Some of the screws can be a little tricky to put into _part2 but they'll fit!

I recommend printing with settings of:

100% infill
PLA Material
printer with heat bed

The part named _sideplate was a bit of an after thought, but basically it can be glued right onto _part1 with gorilla glue, works perfectly!
