Remixed of wespott's bed cable holder https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1641044. I've put my cables in 3/8" split cable trunking - this fits mine perfectly
As per the original - no need to remove any screws. The Thing sits over the top screw and rests on the top on the bottom screw that are holding the Y motor
