bench cookie

I found a rubber shower mat at family dollar for $7. It has squares that are a little bigger than the bench cookie. It is enough to make 16 cookies. The mat is glued onto one side and with a sharp utility knife the extra is trimmed off. The do the same to the other side. It is under a dollar per cookie.
