## What is this?
This is my open source approach to a printable airsoft "grenade"
It is just a toy that gives a bang on impact, it has no possibility or intention to harm anyone.
Mechanically it is inspired by the big standard in 3d printed grenades.
It is **intended as a base** for an open source ecosystem, you are strongly encouraged to remix and further develop this.
## Why is this?
I have tried to simplify the building and printing process as far as possible, as I had some problems with the dominant 3d printed grenade system and wanted to be able to extend it to my wishes.
- no more need to heat and bend the spring, the spring orientation *should* not matter
- standard 30x3.5 threading for the body
- no supports needed on a well calibrated printer
- No finetuning of the fuse is needed, it just works (for me)
It is planned to make it compatible with 209 primers, the body already contains a breech and vent for the pressure and the capringholder a hole for a striker (maybe a gr
