Better Oculus Controller Grip

Why does the world need another Qculus controller grip?
Lets be honest, Oculus did their best to make the controller fit all hands including small ones, but the short rounded bottom makes is so that in larger hands it can sometimes feel slightly awkward with a tendency to slip upwards if you are playing aggressively and aren't careful.
I have tried several of the grips found on Thingiverse for the Oculus Quest controllers, but was disappointed by the lack to control they provided because of the rounded bottom (This is the same issue the actual controllers have). I am also not a fan of the “Knuckles” strap designs because it forces the hand too far forward over the thumb stick. The other challenge that some designs have is the difficulty they add when you need to changing the batteries.
