quickly designed this in fusion 360, the flashlight holder part uses a 10-24 screw and a wingnut, all other screws are M4
it is designed to hold a flashlight with a 28-30mm diameter
the handlebar clamp is designed for bikes with a 23-24mm handlebar diameter.
