This is a flashlight mount for a bicycle.
The mount attaches to the handlebar stem with zip ties. I also put some thin foam tape to keep it snug against the bicycle stem without scratching the paint.
The flashlight snaps into place and is removable.

You can change the diameter to fit other flashlights or bike stems.
