Bicycle Frame Plug

Frame plug for the open frame tubes on a Surly Big Fat Dummy cargo bike, in the event existing frame plugs fall out, get lost, require more flare, etc.

Also could be re-sized to be a handlebar plug. Grip extensions can be made thinner or longer for more flexibility, or vice versa.
