I used 3/32" brass rod for axles. May use wire coat hanger or equal.
Clean up holes with index drill bit. Glue parts together.

Run handle bars @ 50% speed for proper fit.

Wheels:
Need to be handled with care. Apply glue generously
around hub where spokes meet hub when installing bushing. I
sprayed them with clear polyurethane. Light oil will help wheel rotation.

Drill pedal crank pin hole with #42, press fit pedals so pedals
will turn and/or glue pedal.

43 index bit for snug fit.
42 index bit for easy fit.
49 index bit for filament pins.
axle pins 2 @18mm, 1 @30mm long.
