BIPV/T Prototype

Summery of the Prototype : The goal of this project was to develop a prototype of a Structural Insulated Panel (SIP) based Building Integrated Photovoltaic Thermal (BIPV/T) system that would be used to perform experimental research and used as a demonstration piece to offer exposure to the technology. This system was to be implemented at the Toronto and Region Conservation Authority (TRCA) where it will be integrated with the Air Source Heat Pump (ASHP) and be tested before it is scaled up to be implemented into a full sized test hut at the TRCA. Since the designs are copyrighted to Ryerson University, I just shared the rendered pictures and the final built/assembled pictures.
