Here is a custom water cooled setup for a Bitaxe Gamma 602. I have no idea if any other variants fit, it was designed for this specific board as its the only one i have. Expensive to build but not complicated. The hardest part is having to solder up stuff and make custom wiring. BOM/ Build list is here as a downloadable spreadsheet. The misc items not included are knurled brass threaded inserts for 3D printed parts, wire types and lengths for custom wiring and harnesses, shrink sleeveing, therrmal paste, PC coolant tubing, 3mm screws and 2mm screws for assembly, 4mm carbon fiber rod to stiffen the frame... the bases uses screws and screw plates for rigidity from actobotics i had laying around. https://www.servocity.com/actobotics-hardware-pack-a/. Also option VREG front cooler is the Alphacool MCX. if you do this, make sure to prebend the 5/3 tubing with a BIT of heat to strain relief so it doesnt lift.
