BL2

Took the sweet BL2 design by @guppyk and made a few tweaks to work with an old surround sound speaker I had. Adjusted the speaker opening, hole pattern, put spring terminals on the back, did the sides as laser cut. I used Designspark Mechanical to pull in the .stl and make adjustments. The .rsdoc I created for Designspark is in the files.

I measured the performance of this enclosure VS the original seal enclosure the speaker was in. There is a surprising boost in SPL everywhere below 400Hz. Check the screenshot of the measurements I took in REW to see my results. Measured with a minidsp UMIK-1.

Doing a side by side comparison of the original speaker enclosure vs the printed enclosure the BL2 sounds much better.
