This is the BorgPi Case! This will fit the 3B+ Model of the RaspberryPi. This has cutouts for all the ports, including the microSD card slot. This is designed to be put together with some kind of glue/adhesive. I hope you enjoy it.
Note: After printing and finishing this there is one thing I would do different. the backside ports for power and HDMI should have more clearance in the cutout. Just an FYI for anyone who is going to make this.
