BOSE Headset Box (QC Series)

The box intentionally designed wider for headset to create enough space for additional cables.The push to open button does not need any support and it is printed in place.Print the “Hinge Bar” with TPU and simply glue it to the box. Before gluing the hinge place it to its designated place for practice to see how it fits inside the grooves. Glue only the feet of hinge not whole hinge bar. I do recommend using a gel superglue for controlled and easy operation. Do not pour more than enough glue to prevent box and lid sticking.As an option you can use the box for other purposes.
