Bracket for clamp things

I literally had nowhere to mount a gooseneck lamp/magnifier, so I created a clamp.

It's openSCAD so customise it, but the default settings are:
* four m5 screw on the mounting base
* 10mm wide on the mounting base
* 50mm high on the mounting base
* 90mm deep for the clamp bracket
* 48mm wide for the clamp bracket
* 20mm high for the clamp bracket
