Bread Lame

This is a bread lame that accepts standard DE razor blades. The blade clip locks into place to securely hold the blade during use and there is a knurled thumb ramp on the clip to help you manipulate the it while keeping your fingers away from the cutting edges.

The last picture shows the orientation you must use to install the blade.
