This will add perimeter walls to the required hole providing better strength and longevity.I print withPETG0.16mm Layer Height2-3 walls15-20% InfillDiscard and reprint after moderate use, due to possible Bacteria growth due to inhalation moisture.Or, if ABSOLUTELY necessary you could rinse and soak in a baby bottle sanitiser solution eg. Milton - THIS IS NOT RECOMMENDED as some filaments will absorb moisture!! But in a pinch it would guarantee a clean diffuser.CheersMayer
