Brompton Cable Fender Disc

Most Brompton come with fenders (L & R). If you adventurous and you want to convert yours to a E (no fenders and no rack), you will need a cable fender disc (or fender cable disc; whatever you call it) to prevent the cables from rubbing against the wheel/tires. After looking online for a Brompton Fender Cable Disc STL file unsuccessfully, I decided to make one myself instead of buying one online.

Since Brompton comes from UK, it seems right to base it on the Union Jack. The hole is 5mm diameter x 6mm deep (including the round extension to reach the fork eyelet). The fork eyelet is slightly under 14mm from what I measured. The disc + eyelet comes up to approx 19mm+. This means a ~25mm M5 bolt should work fine.

As usual, these dimensions are best guess so YMMV.

You can choose your own infill % (I used 99%) and resolution (I used 0.12).
