After experiencing this exact scenario (for the tenth time), I realized the need for a stabilizing base for the bubble bottle to sit in, thus preventing careless or accidental spills. This design is meant to accommodate the Gazillion Bubbles 1,000ml bottle, but can easily be adapted to fit any other size of bottle that's prone to tipping over.
