Bubble machine

This is a machine for making soap bubbles. [How it works (ru)](https://youtu.be/JuSKyqOuR4A).

#### Hardware

If you need a simple solution (see on wiring diagram), here is the list of components:

- Motor N20 with reducer 60 RPM
- Motor driver TA6586 or any other one that fits the specifications.
- Electrolytic capacitor 470mkF/16V
- "Snail" fan RQU7530MS 5V (75х75х30). Accually any big snail fan with 5V.
- Nuts M4 - 4qty. Long bolt or rod with thread M4.
- Bolt + nut M3 - 3qty.

In the video I showed _my_ complicated solution with microcontroller, LEDs, Hall sensor and etc. You don't have to implement it, just make the simple version.
