Bunk Couch Frame (parametric)

Parametric design for a bunk couch. No ladder is integrated, I plan on working out a better solution for that later. It's still not bad to get up and down once you get the hang of it.

This design is fairly stable even standing alone and is less intrusive for the lower couch. If you have tall ceilings this is a nice way to get a few extra seats without taking up any room.

The shelf is designed to be a light box. You can cut random patterns on the bottom sheet of plywood and fill it with LEDs.

This was cut at the LVL1 hackerspace but credit for the idea goes to i3Detroit who, for the record, had bunk couches years before the Lego Movie.
