Recently I saw a video from Weavers of Eternity on Youtube, showing a tutorial on how to weave a pair of tiny finger nunchucks out of paracord for use as a skill/fidget toy, similar to begleri. After making one myself, I thought that they were a little bulky and hard to maneuver, and I wished that I could customize the length of the cord and weight of the handles after having finished the pair. So I decided to just design and print the handles myself! This model is designed to be fully customizable in weight and cord length, and allows for replacement of the original cord if it ever wears out. I used four 4mm ID 9mm OD set screw shaft collars as weights, and threaded the ends of the handles to allow for easy access. The threaded caps are modeled to fit a standard US quarter for use as a screwdriver, although in most cases I've found that it didn't need that much force to thread or unthread. Print SettingsI printed my first few sets in PLA CF from Elegoo, but any PLA works! PETG
