I made this for make a clone of some famous, coin shaped, italian brand cookies. Double cookie with chocolate cream inside, unfortunately I haven't a picture of the result yet. They are made with a simple sugar dough and chocolate cream of your choice inside.
They can also be packed in a pile with a nice ribbon through them (without filling), for a nice gift.
