As a maniac of organization as I am, I am glad to present you my solution to organize cables so that they do not tangle and stay flat on top of surfaces. This is an quick and easy to print solution that I hope it helps you as much as it did to me. This cable clip is designed for 4mm cables, although you can easily scale it to match the dimensions of yours. I am also sharing the .step file so that you can tweak it to your liking!
