This is a simple configurable cable guide that I will be using to route Cat5 and coaxial cable through my attic. the length, diameter, thickness, opening size and angle, mounting hole count and size are all configurable through OpenSCAD.

4/8/16 -Added a countersink screw and extra mounting height options.
