I designed a set of cable ports for my desk.
I included versions of it in different sizes for hole diameters of 40, 60 and 80 mm. Additionally you have the choice between coverplates with different sized portholes to fit your needs. In order to install these you will need a holesaw of the according size. (e.g. for the 60mm grommet you'll need a 60mm holesaw.)
