These are side guards for your cable reel. This way, your cable will never fly off and it won't get tangled around your rotating section. This way, you can always pull the line. The reel is also stopped from spinning. You only need an M6 bolt and you have to tighten it by hand, but when you thread it for the first time a wrench can be useful
