Cable Tension Meter

This is a frame to build a Cable Tension Meter based on a design published in KitPlanes magazine.

This can be used on experimental and ultralight aircraft to measure cable tension. do not use with out proper calibration and only use if cable tension tolerance is greater than +- 4lbs..
Do not to be used on certified aircraft.
