Remixed overall length to 75% (along with head portion 25% shorter).
Added 5 more holes, so effective length is about ~85% of the original.
I wanted it smaller for testing purposes.
Works very well, even okay with PLA (PLA+ or nylon would be better)
You can rescale it up or maybe a little down prior to slicing.
Made it a single zip-tie. With one item in the STL file you can copy and place multiples just prior to slicing and choose to have them printed all at once or one at a time. (with Cura)
