I saw TonGi018's camera mount and really liked it, but wanted to simplify it by removing the locking mechanism. I designed it to fit with the Magnus DLX-PL1 quick release plate that I had lying around.
Hardware:
2 1/2" bolts (I think mine are 6-32, I just had them lying around)
2 washers
2 nuts
It holds my Sony a6000 easily and feels plenty strong. I printed one for a friend who has a Canon T6 DSLR camera and it can easily handle the weight as well.
CAUTION: I am not responsible for any damaged or broken gear. Please use common sense.
