This "cone of sticks" is a cover for a flickering LED to simulate a campfire in HO scale. It is sized for a single 3mm LED. Flickering LEDs can be obtained through http://www.evandesigns.com, or standard LEDs can be made to flicker using an Arduino microprocessor.
