Bitbox stackable folding storage boxes   Easy assembly, requires no glue or screws, 100% 3d printed. When stacked they click on top of one another, has an extendable handle and customizable storage slots.   Perfect for jewelry and small parts of any sort.   The print profile provided works in bambu studio & has been slowed down wall to fix the known benchy hull line problem, feel free to increase speed and change supports / colour profiles if you want a faster print with a minor drop in quality   *Advised to avoid silk and weaker filaments* I have tested many times, great filaments include sunlu pla, cc3d, ziro, elegoo, eryone, flashforge - all working except ziro carbon fibre and silks. cc3d silk (blue metallic photo) is the only silk that works great for a metallic look, just print slow.     Colours used in the pictures - Flashforge burnt titanium Various generic sunlu Ziro GID & glitter cc3d silk blue And several other   Printed at 80 percent - easily scalable, 100 percent works if you want to scale up, just fits on the print bed (250mm)and also 60 percent is also tested and works perfectly. Simply scale and orientate on the beds. Stl files provided are all 100 percent scale.   Assembly   Very simple and should be straight forward.   Step one after all parts are printed is to attach the lid to the top trays, using slight pressure push together and click in place, it will be easiest to hook one hinge in at a time.   Step 2 is to insert the carry handle into the slots on the bottom tray. Simply hook one side in and then the other, gently squeeze the bottom clips into the slot, be careful not to flex and break the bottom tray. then add the washer and nuts to the screws to secure the handle. Step 3, the final step is to assemble the arms and handles for the lids. Note the orientation of the middle trays, the thicker edge facing outwards. Assemble the arms one side at at time, see photos to see the order needed for the cantilever action, once you insert the arms into
