Captain Croc

One of the players in my D&D campaign was a pirate druid. We played it that he could transform into an anthropormorphic pirate crocodile because why not?

His coat is a mimic that can change its shape to adapt to whatever form he takes on. Instead of eating living things it can be sustained through feeding it rum and mead at least once per day.
