Case Spacers

I made these so that I could mount a 60mm X 25mm fan such as the Noctua into the Board case lid as there wasn't room with the original case and lid. These simply raise the lid by 8mm.
I made one for the Pi case too as my OCD likes things to look even, lol.

The cases are such a great design that I wanted to stick with them but needed the extra cooling on my SKR Mini E3 V1.2 as the original airflow doesn't cover the stepper drivers.
