Caster Jack

A cam mechanism that screws to the leg of a bench or tool stand and accepts 3/8" threaded stem casters. Printed in PETG using 5 perimeters for the cam and feet, 6 or 7 perimeters for the linear guide and plunger. This is designed to use a 608 bearing (skateboard bearing) as the pivot, secured with an M8 bolt. The lower screws should use washers ~3/16" - 1/4" (5 or 6mm) should fit. Failing that pan head screws at minimum. The upper ones should just use countersink wood screws as they need to be couter sunk flush to avoid interference with the cam. Optionally, an M3 screw is inserted at the top of the plunger to lift the plunger/caster assembly.

If anyone needs to fit a different caster thread, say 10mm 12mm or ½" this wouldn't be a difficult thing to add, just leave a comment with the one you need. I'll also be adding .step files so that you can modify as needed.
